SL has complicated impacts on the homogeneity and thermal stability of DMC-containing electrolyte systems. • The flame-inhibiting effect of SL reaches its optimum at certain SL content. • At moderate SL content, the compromise in viscosity and conductivity remains acceptable. • The anodic stability of SL-carbonate mixtures increases with SL content. • EPD311-based electrolytes with 10–30% vol. SL show good cycling performance in Na0.44MnO2 half-cells.
• Effects of calcination temperature and CNT for LiFePO4 batteries was studied. • Morphology was studied by SEM, XRD, Raman and X-RAY photoelectron spectroscopy. • ANN was applied and predicted specific capacity accurately based on CNT Proportion. • The highest specific capacity of 160.8 mAh/g was found.
